Nomming Business for Gyms & wellbeing studios

Let’s make this fit
the rest of your week.

Add a personal layer to the individual support your gym or studio already offers.

Why businesses use it

Turn meal logging into a clear client service.

Nomming gives your practice a concrete reason to ask for meal context: clients keep their own journal, choose what to share, and you arrive ready to discuss their real week.

The client path

A simple flow you can explain.

  1. 1

    Client starts their journal

    Members choose whether to log.

  2. 2

    You prepare before the session

    Their practitioner prepares.

  3. 3

    The conversation gets more useful

    Make the private check-in specific.

Your service. Their everyday life.

Give individual support a place beyond class.

Make personal coaching feel like a distinct part of your offering. Explore how a gym or studio can include meal-journal review in one-to-one services.

Gym coaching

Start with your coaching clients, not every member.

One trainer provides regular check-ins to a small group of adults. Each client can accept a sharing invitation, so the trainer can prepare before individual appointments.

Your coaching package can include a meal journal to bring into our check-ins. We’ll agree on what to share and when we’ll discuss it.

Studio wellbeing

Support the individual beyond the class.

A studio already offers individual wellbeing sessions with a suitably qualified practitioner. Where journaling fits the member’s goals, they share an agreed period before that private appointment.

If a food journal would help our wellbeing sessions, you can choose to share a few days with me. Your classes and participation stay separate.

Make it part of your offer

Package the review, not just the app.

Include journal review in a premium coaching or qualified wellbeing package. Choose your service format and fee; keep membership and class billing in your usual systems.

Business covers client seats and meal-analysis allowances. Your professional service, pricing and records stay in your own practice.

Before you begin

A little more clarity.

Can a membership automatically enrol someone?

No. Each client accepts their own invitation and sharing dates. Food journaling should be a voluntary part of a relevant individual service.

What do I need to know for this audience?

Business packages describe client seats, not staff accounts or clinic-wide access. Nomming does not manage memberships, classes or appointments. Studio food support should fit the practitioner’s qualifications and the individual’s needs.

What do clients share?

Clients accept your invitation and agree on sharing dates. You review only permitted meals and day summaries. They can end the connection without deleting their own journal.

Where are prices and allowances?

Current purchase information appears in the app before checkout. Eligible Personal accounts can try Nomming with 100 free successful AI analyses over their lifetime. Covered paid access provides 200 per billing month. You price and bill your own professional service through your existing tools.
